No.11 Gin Salty Dog Slush

So simple to make, a classic for a reason! A great drink if you don’t like them too sweet.

The perfect party drink to bring out your Ninja Slush if you have one! If not, just add ice and blend, or serve on the rocks.

This recipe makes 4 cocktails.

Combine together:

  • 150mL Laneway No.11 Gin

  • 450mL fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice

  • 4mL Maldon Solution

  • Leaves from about 20 cilantro stems

Blend in a blender or with an immersion blender to finely chop the cilantro, then strain out the solids. It’s ok if there are some small cilantro particles remaining, just ensure to remove anything larger than about 2mm.

Add resulting mix to your Ninja slush, or serve over ice. For an even bigger flavour punch, paint the rim of your cocktail glass with honey, then dip in Maldon salt mixed with Espelette pepper.
