Laneway No.12 Vodka & No.11 Gin Vesper Martini

This bright, crisp martini makes the most of these two spectacular spirits.⁠ Popularized by the James Bond series, this martini is a classic for a reason. There are no bold, sugary flavours to hide behind, so this martinis requires you to bring your best spirits out.

⁠• 1 oz Laneway No.11 Gin⁠
• 1 oz Laneway No.12 Vodka⁠
• 1/2 oz @Lillet Blanc⁠
• garnish with a dash of orange bitters⁠ (optional)

Add all ingredients except bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a small, chilled cocktail or martini glass.⁠ Garnish with a dash or two of orange bitters if desired.
