No.11 Dill Gimlet
The perfect summer gimlet and excuse to use those fresh garden herbs and veggies. This crisp, green version of a gimlet is the perfect companion to oysters, shrimp or grilled fish.
Combine in a shaker:
1 ½ oz Laneway No.11 Gin
1″ piece of seedless English cucumber, sliced
1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
one sprig of fresh dill
Muddle to release the cucumber juices, and gently crush the dill, then add ice and shake for about a minute. Strain into a small glass over ice and garnish with some more fresh cucumber and dill. Rim the glass with Maldon salt and fresh-cracked pepper for an extra savoury hit.
