NO.33 Gin – The Fun Guy
The complex, peppery flavours of No.33 Gin were made to pair with the umami notes of our Wild Mushroom Tincture in the spirit-forward drink with definite old-fashioned vibes.
1 ½ oz No.33 Gin
1 ½ oz Wild Mushroom Tincture
½ oz Apple Cider Vinegar Syrup
One dash orange bitters
Stir to chill and pour into a cocktail glass over ice (or straight into a chilled glass). To add a touch of sweetness to your cocktail, you can rim the glass with a course sugar. We created a beautiful candy rim by using this recipe, but and substituting the water for apple cider vinegar.

Apple Cider Vinegar Syrup
Combine 250mL Apple Cider Vinegar and 2 packed Tbsp brown sugar in a saucepan. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until sugar is dissolved and strong vinegar smell dissipates.
You will be left with a bright and tangy syrup with intense apple flavour.
