NO. 11 GIN
If you like Palomas, you will love this version that brings in layers of fresh herb, spice and aromatic botanicals – and is served up as a slushy treat!
Combine in a blender:
- 1 ½ oz Laneway No.11 Gin
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 10 mL agave
- 1 tsp fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 5-6 fresh cilantro leaves
- Small pinch of Maldon salt
Blend just until ice is finely crushed and herb particles are smaller than 1 mm. Pour into a cocktail coupe or small glass and garnish with fresh grapefruit or lime slices. If you like a spicy kick to your cocktail, rim the glass with some Espelette pepper and Maldon salt before pouring in the cocktail.
