POMEGRANATE SIPPER

An intriguing combination of fresh and earthy flavours, perfect for sipping by the fire.

Combine in a cocktail shaker:

• 1 ½ oz Ever Gin Liqueur
• 1 oz fresh pomegranate juice
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
• ½ oz Herbed Simple Syrup*

Add ice, shake to chill and strain into a cocktail coupe.

*Herbed Simple Syrup:

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
• 3 sprigs fresh mint
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan. Set heat to medium and simmer until sugar is dissovled, stirring occasionally to prevent the sugar from sticking to the pan. Turn heat off and add in the fresh herbs. Leave to sit until cool (around 20 minutes), then strain into an airtight glass jar and store in the fridge.
