Pineapple Sparkler

A classic Gin Soda, livened up for summer. The complexity of the No.33 Gin doesn’t need the garnishes to shine, but they make for a lovely presentation and add some fresh, summer juiciness to the drink.

Add to a lowball:⁠

• 1 1/2 oz Laneway No.33 Gin
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 tsp fresh lime juice
• Slice of fresh lime⁠
• Slice of fresh pineapple

Stir gently to dissolve the honey, then fill glass with crushed ice and top with sparkling water.
