MELON FIZZ

This gin fizz is one of the freshest and most fragrant you will ever enjoy! Fresh honeydew melon, cucumber and floral notes from orange flower water make for a memorable combination.

Add to a blender:

• 1 ½ oz laneway No.11 Gin
• 1 cup cubes or balls of honeydew melon
• 1 tbsp honey
• ½ tsp orange flower water
• ¾ cup small ice cubes or ½ crushed ice

Blend just until smooth, then pour into a tall, narrow glass. Garnish with fresh cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves. Muddle gently and top with a splash of sparkling or soda water.
