Grilled Meyer G&T

G&T’s are not just for summer – but it all depends on how you mix it! Add some sultry smoky flavour to your G&T for a darker flavour that will warm your soul. Serve it in a large coupe glass to concentrate the lovely aromas.

Add to a glass:

  • 1 ½ oz Laneway No.33 Gin
  • 5 oz tonic of your choice
  • Squeeze of grilled Meyer lemon juice*
    Ice
  • Garnish with a slice of the grilled lemon and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

*Grilled Meyer Lemons
Slice Meyer lemons into wedges – you will need 3 wedges per cocktail. Heat a cast iron pan to near smoking, and grill the wedges on each side until they are browned and caramelized – about 5-10 minutes per side depending how hot your pan is. Remove the wedges from pan and let cool. Use one wedge to squeeze into your cocktail, and another two to garnish.
