Cranberry Yuzu Sour
This very festive gin sour has aromatic forest notes with vibrantly sweet, tart, fresh and sour flavours.
Add to a cocktail shaker:
1 oz Ever Gin Liqueur
½ oz cranberry juice
½ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp yuzu juice
½ oz maple syrup
1 oz egg whites
Dry shake until a good foam has formed, then add ice and shake to chill and stiffen the foam. Double strain into a cocktail coupe.
