CLASSIC GREYHOUND

A fresh cocktail bursting with bright summer flavours. We’ve sweetened this classic greyhound with honey to really amp up the floral notes.

Add to a mixing glass:

• 1 1/2 oz Laneway No.12 Vodka
• 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1-2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp fresh lime juice
• 3 basil leaves

Stir until honey is dissolved, then let sit for two minutes to further infuse the basil. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass, add ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice and fresh basil leaves.
