Blood Orange Negroni

Blood orange negronis… The classic with an aromatic twist. Made with equal parts No.11 Gin, sweet red vermouth and Amara, with a sliver of blood orange peel. Though delicious when made with more traditional amaros like Campari, we are loving the complex herbal flavours and distinctive blood orange taste of the Amara paired with the brightness of our No.11 Gin.⁠

• 1 oz Laneway No.11 Gin
• 1 oz Sweet Red Vermouth⁠
• 1 oz Amara D’Arancia Rossa⁠

Combine in a lowball glass over ice and garnish with a blood orange twist.
